Who the Phoenix Organization is...
We are an organization of over 75 young ladies in age groups 10 and under, 12 and under, 13 and under, 14 and under, 16 and under, and our elite 18 and under. Our teams are represented by girls from over 15 different school districts in Central and Southern Ohio, representing over 10 different school district on our 18 and under team alone.
Our Goal...
The number one goal of our program is to see that as many Phoenix players as possible have the opportunity to achieve a college education and give back to their communities. If playing softball helps these young women reach that goal, then we have succeeded as an Organization.
Representing Ohio...
For the past five years, 100% of the girls from our 18 and under Phoenix Team were accepted into college to play softball; each young lady was given a full or partial scholarship or a financial contribution toward her education, as well. We have been privileged as coaches to guide these dedicated athletes, and are proud to announce that as of June 2007 we have had 54 players receive scholarships to college. We are also proud to note that one of our college players has earned the honorary distinction of “College All-American.” As you can see, our players have represented Ohio well, not only in softball, but also in their lives.

We want to thank all of the people who contribute to our teams and make it possible for these young ladies to have the opportunities to represent our state, to attain higher educations that are instrumental to the future of America, and to give back to their communities and to you.
Keeping the Dream Alive...
In order to keep the Phoenix Organization successful, and enable us to keep helping these young women achieve their dreams and future life goals, we need to raise $35,000 this season. With our teams competing in multi-state tournaments and playing all over Ohio, supporting our program and talented athletes is a great opportunity to promote your business on the Phoenix banner. Our banner is prominently displayed on the playing field at each tournament, and is seen by thousands of people and businesses through the season. We have also received Internal Revenue Status to make your donation tax deductible.

With college coaches scouting players at nearly all of our tournaments, your financial support is the future of many of these fine athletes. Please review the following sponsorship campaigns to highlight your company. The sponsorships and contributions are used for the sole purpose of benefiting the girls in the Phoenix Fastpitch Softball programs. Your support will ensure that our goal becomes a reality. (1) With the Home Run Sponsorship, your Corporate Name will appear on the team banner, displayed on the playing field at each tournament throughout Ohio and multi-state National Tournaments
Diamond Sponsorship $300
(1) With the Diamond Sponsorship, your Corporate Name will appear on the team banner, displayed on the playing field at each tournament throughout Ohio and multi-state National Tournaments, and
(2) Your Corporate Name will appear on the Phoenix hosted Ohio State Tournament Banner displayed at the Phoenix Summer Slam Tournament held in Lancaster, Ohio in July.
